Shipments and returns

Packages are generally dispatched within one day after payment is made on our Twin Picks website. Our system is hassle free, we ship via postal courier with drop-off without signature.

Shipping is free, we include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. We do however advise you to group your items in one order.

We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately and we most likely will group items ordered by same user in a 2-4 days interval in one package.

Boxes are amply sized, tamper protected and your items are well-protected.
